Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Conecting Tours & Travels collects when you use this website or book a trip, and how we use it. We keep it short because we keep the data we collect small. This is a generic template prepared for launch and should be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

1. What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you type: your name, mobile number, email, travel dates, group size and the trip you are interested in. When you book, we also collect the identification details that stays require, your pickup details, and payment confirmation from your bank or UPI app. We do not store card or bank credentials.

The website itself collects only basic technical information needed to serve pages. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare your quote, book stays and vehicles, share pickup details with your driver, and stay in touch before, during and after your trip. We may send you a short message after the trip to ask for feedback. We do not sell or rent your information.

3. WhatsApp

Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.

4. Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to run your trip: the homestay or guest house (name, group size, arrival time and any requirements you asked us to pass on), the driver (name, mobile number and pickup details) and, if you pay online, the payment provider. Each receives only what they need for your booking.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses session storage on your device to remember that the opening animation has played. If we add analytics in future, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this policy.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@conecting.in and we will respond within 7 working days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
